Hello Sir, I am in big trouble. One night my GF went to her neighbor Doctor’s clinic but the doctor did sexual harassment. Squeezed her breasts & hips. She was puzzled was it checkup? she told me this. Now I think at that moment she must have enjoyed unconsciously and now I fantasize this, after that I feel guilty. I love my GF and I will marry her. There is no medical examination, in which Doctor has to squeeze breasts and hips. He must have tried to exploit her. I can understand your concern but there is no need to take this further. No girl would ever enjoy such kind of sudden sexual act and that too one sided. Just relax and try to divert your attention every time that thought struck to your mind. You may find it difficult but not impossible.
